Arrive well hydrated and if desired refrain from consuming food up to four hours prior for optimal healing benefit. No children under 12 years. Sitting in a chair upright will have greater healing effect - if you have any kind of health issue. Bring a yoga mat or blanket - if preferred.

In this one-day workshop you learn about clinical gong sound healing and how to set up your own gongs for healing — how to play - and how to offer gong healing sessions for optimal healing benefit — using my proprietary Wells Gong Therapeutic Method. It includes sourcing high quality gongs well suited for healing. The gong vibrations support healing on every level - emotional, psychological and physical.
